Digital Banking Support Specialist - Temporary
Overview
Heritage Bank seeks a temporary Digital Banking Support Specialist based in Bremerton Washington to handle daily operational tasks and resolve service requests. This full-time position runs August 2026 to July 2027 requiring flexibility for staffing coverage. Onsite work includes occasional rotations and occasional remote support.
What You'll Do11
- 1Research and respond to internal and external inquiries via Jira email phone or in person
- 2Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data during transactions
- 3Set up implement and maintain business online banking and Business RDC customers
- 4Provide troubleshooting support using computer sharing software and phone
- 5Reconcile general ledger and bank control accounts accurately
- 6Contribute to department success through cross-training across responsibilities
- 7Demonstrate knowledge of Q2 online banking systems mobile banking RDC EFT processing and compliance
- 8Deliver high-quality service while managing multiple assignments with moderate supervision
- 9Apply English communication skills to explain technical issues clearly
- 10Balance accounts and locate mathematical errors using basic math skills
- 11Learn bank policies procedures products and services while upholding integrity
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Coursework or certification in business accounting or relevant field preferred
- 31+ year experience in customer service data entry clerical or office support
- 4Recent experience with electronic digital banking platforms mobile banking RDC and EFT processing
- 5Ability to work flexible schedule and adapt to changing demands
- 6Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication abilities
- 7Basic understanding of debit credit relationships and negotiable instruments
- 8Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- 9Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira preferred
- 10Physical stamina for prolonged sitting and occasional light lifting
- 11Commitment to confidentiality and data security
