What You'll Do11
- 1Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with smiling and facilitating courteous conversation while performing complex and standardized transactions
- 2Educate clients on digital self service solutions like ATMs Online and Mobile banking
- 3Support team sales process through outbound calls checking for client offers and identifying needs
- 4Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise
- 5Participate in leadership routines and attend training sessions
- 6Advance individual and product knowledge via meetings and web based learning
- 7Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
- 8Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
- 9Handle proportionate volume of work based on branch demands
- 10Maintain accurate records and handle monies assigned
- 11Deliver superior quality service identifying client financial needs
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- 3Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- 4Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- 5Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
- 6Ability to multitask under time constraints
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 8Ability to travel for temporary assignments
- 9Availability for weekends and extended hours
- 10Two years of experience with Spark and Airflow
- 11Knowledge of advanced branch transactions risk management and loss prevention
