- 9Share ideas and best practices while helping sales teams recognize opportunities
- 10Provide direction to area DMs on maximizing account executive initiatives and relationships
- 11Anticipate change and take proactive measures to address emerging needs
- 12Demonstrate understanding of business negotiations and managed care implications
- 13Operate in a matrix organization and coordinate with AbbVie selling team
- 14Network and partner effectively across functional areas while building teams without direct authority
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons successful selling experience required with minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales
- 3Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)
- 4Account Management knowledge including trends and issues in GI market
- 5Strategic Sales Skills: Proven ability to design and execute account-based strategies
- 6Analytical Expertise: Strong technical and strategic expertise necessary
- 7Communication Skills: Ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
- 8Driving Results: Demonstrated track record of increasing sales volume and market share
- 9Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of HCIR credentialing requirements and drug screening processes
- 10Vehicle Requirement: Valid driver’s license with ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- 11Healthcare Credentials: Must satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks and immunizations
