Overview
Manage product portfolio in single layer geography. Increase patient access to portfolio products while meeting geography sales goals. What You'll Do11
- 1Advance hospital and specialty customers along the sales continuum and gain prescriber commitments through effective questioning active listening and utilization of approved data and resources
- 2Deliver on-label presentations/sales calls highlighting product benefits and risks to create awareness and achieve sales goals
- 3Develop professional relationships differentiating Anti-Infective value proposition at all account levels
- 4Coordinate stakeholder alignment across multiple departments to solve product and patient flow issues
- 5Partner with in-field MSLs national directors and key account directors to design and execute account-specific strategies
- 6Create and monitor strategic geography business plans determining appropriate department channel HCP focus and frequency
- 7Analyze account data to build profiles and relationship maps for territory accounts
- 8Target key stakeholders and decision makers to expand physician usage and customer base
- 9Attend local boards societies conventions and represent AbbVie at industry events
- 10Complete AbbVie required training and adhere to company policies and legal procedures
- 11Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for facility access
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor’s degree in health sciences pharmacy or business preferred or equivalent industry experience
- 2Five years industry experience three years pharmaceutical experience preferred
- 3Account based selling experience in hospitals wound care centers or infusion centers
- 4History of navigating matrix environments with complex customers like IDNs academic institutions hospitals outpatient accounts
- 5Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving approvals
- 6Experience with Buy and Bill specialty pharmacy products preferred
- 7Documented sales performance as top performer in challenging market spaces
- 8Advanced sales skills communicating complex products simply
- 9Strong team player mentality collaborative environment experience
- 10Business acumen individual accountability multitasking problem solving
- 11Ability to prioritize multiple accounts and manage complex territories
- 12English language proficiency verbal written
- 13Valid driver’s license capable of passing drug screening
