Dialysis Clinical Manager RN - Fresenius Medical Care

What You'll Do22
- 1Provide leadership coaching and development plans for direct reports
- 2Partner with HR Quality Education and Technical Services departments
- 3Collaborate with Home Therapies Program Manager on facility programs
- 4Maintain accurate ICD coding and complete all required network reporting
- 5Manage daily operations including staff management and financial accountability
- 6Coordinate comprehensive patient care from admission to discharge
- 7Oversee facility maintenance equipment and environmental safety protocols
- 8Develop and communicate efficient patient schedules to maximize productivity
- 9Facilitate physician privilege applications and maintain strong medical director relationships
- 10Implement Continuous Quality Improvement processes and QAPI teams
- 11Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and audit activities
- 12Manage profit and loss for the clinical center
- 13Hire and train new staff while verifying current licensure and certifications
- 14Participate in corporate and division-specific employee engagement programs
- 15Coordinate maintenance scheduling and equipment repair requests
- 16Monitor facility security and manage inventory purchasing for cost containment
- 17Contribute to policy development and update related operational manuals
- 18Lead quality assessment programs and drive FMS standard compliance
- 19Assist with billing and collection activities through data analysis
- 20Conduct performance evaluations and establish annual development goals
- 21Schedule facility maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- 22Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee disciplinary matters
Requirements10
- 1Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure
- 26+ months dialysis nursing experience including 6 months chronic or acute care
- 3Proven leadership abilities with demonstrated management skills
- 4Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
- 5Strong knowledge of medical databases and Microsoft Office suite
- 6Ishihara Color Blind Test certification
- 7Supervisory experience preferred especially in medical settings
- 8Previous ICU or Med/Surg nursing leadership roles preferred
- 9Familiarity with FMCNA and FMS systems and processes
- 10Ability to pass all regulatory and compliance training requirements
