- 4Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders
- 5Support metric tracking and quality improvement processes
- 6Perform administrative duties including documentation and reporting
- 7Travel between facilities to deliver training sessions
- 8Drive initiatives that enhance patient safety and clinical quality
- 9Coordinate with healthcare professionals to design curriculum
- 10Implement onboarding and continuous education programs
- 11Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements10
- 1Associate or Bachelor’s degree from accredited nursing school with BSN or MSN preferred
- 2Current RN licensure in primary state of residence
- 3Minimum one year dialysis experience as RN
- 4CPR and BLS certification with annual renewal
- 5Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- 6Experience with healthcare education and training methodologies
- 7Ability to travel 35-80 percent of work hours
- 8Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement principles
- 9Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- 10Experience with EHR systems and data analysis tools
