Own the design and construction lifecycle for a large hyperscale data center in Phoenix, leading design coordination from concept through closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for mission critical infrastructure. Partner with stakeholders to mitigate risk and maintain quality across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. This is a high-impact owner’s representative role at a leading engineering firm.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Lead design coordination from concept through construction and project closeout
  • 2Manage design deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities
  • 3Drive project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
  • 4Act as the primary liaison between ownership, designers, contractors, and operations teams
  • 5Provide regular reporting on project progress, milestones, and potential risks
  • 6Support preconstruction planning, procurement, and contractor coordination

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 25+ years of experience in construction management, design management, owner’s representation, or project delivery
  • 3Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems
  • 4Experience on data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred
  • 5Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore
