What You'll Do10
- 1Support the Program Manager in overseeing contract performance across the EBCS IDIQ portfolio, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- 2Lead planning and execution of concurrent task orders across geographically dispersed Army Reserve facilities.
- 3Build and maintain master schedules in Microsoft Project, including critical paths, baselines, and resource loading.
- 4Translate statements of work into executable plans, work breakdown structures, and acceptance criteria.
- 5Monitor financial performance, labor utilization, and subcontractor delivery across active task orders.
- 6Maintain program controls: RAID logs, action registers, deliverable trackers, and change control.
- 7Coordinate technical teams delivering building automation, cybersecurity, and IT/OT integration.
- 8Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring schedule alignment and deliverable quality.
- 9Prepare status reports and executive briefings for government and internal stakeholders.
- 10Facilitate recurring program meetings, document decisions, and track action items to closure.
Requirements10
- 18+ years of project or program management experience on complex, multi-site federal or DoD programs.
- 2Demonstrated experience managing an IDIQ contract with multiple concurrent task orders.
- 3Advanced hands-on scheduling in Microsoft Project: critical paths, baselines, and schedule recovery.
- 4Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering building automation or OT initiatives.
- 5Working knowledge of HVAC controls, BACnet, LON, or Modbus protocols.
- 6Required experience with Tridium Niagara 4 or comparable building controls platform.
- 7Active Secret clearance or prior eligibility to obtain one.
- 8Relevant advanced credential: PMI-SP, PgMP, CCM, OSHA 30, or Tridium Niagara 4 certification.
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and program controls tools like Smartsheet or Jira.
- 10Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; experience may substitute.
