- 1Build and manage technician schedules to align with customer jobs and material needs
- 2Design and finalize job details and service tickets for processing
- 3Ship accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling
- 4Drive billing accuracy by assisting with paperwork and ensuring COD payments are collected
- 5Own department reports to monitor performance against customer commitments
- 6Collaborate with estimating to prepare service quotes and ensure timely quotes when required
- 7Lead troubleshooting support for field technicians and provide problem solving
- 8Maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met and tickets are updated
- 9Scale administrative processes to reduce errors and improve on‑time delivery
- 10Debug and refine scheduling workflows to improve technician utilization
Requirements9
- 1Experience in a dispatch or high‑volume administration role is a plus
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
