What You'll Do10
- 1Prepare operation rooms for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready without leaving the room.
- 2Assist surgeons during surgical implant procedures, including intubation support with the CRNA.
- 3Take patient photos, X-rays, and Cone Beams to capture diagnostic data.
- 4Take dental impressions and pour molds for prosthetic fabrication.
- 5Schedule patient appointments in the scheduling platform and manage lab deadlines for 24-hour prosthetic delivery.
- 6Deliver pre- and post-operative instructions, setting patient expectations for a premium experience.
- 7Sterilize equipment and perform daily cleaning to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- 8Place orders for basic and implant supplies, tracking inventory levels.
- 9Adjust and reline prostheses to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- 10Review patient charts, lab cases, and implant plans to prepare for the next day's surgeries.
Requirements8
- 1Registered Dental Assistant with all required state certifications.
- 2BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- 3Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- 4Patient-centric with excellent communication and empathy.
- 5Outgoing, flexible, and quick to learn new procedures.
