Dental Assistant, Onsite Clinics & Travel-Friendly Contract
Overview
Own patient care delivery across multiple onsite dental clinics within a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to support high quality dental services while traveling to different sites. This contract role offers bi-weekly pay and flexible short- or long-term assignments. You will assist in chairside procedures, infection control, and room turnover to ensure efficient clinic operations.
What You'll Do6
- 1Take x-rays using a nomad
- 2Sterilize instruments and set up trays for new patients
- 3Turn over rooms and assist with set up and take down of equipment
- 4Polish and floss after scaling is performed
- 5Support Dr, hygienist, and teammates as needed
- 6Travel to different sites on a 1099 contract basis
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience as a dental assistant or in a clinical support role
- 2Proficiency in chairside assisting, sterilization, and handling dental instruments
- 3Strong patient communication, organization, and time-management skills
- 4Ability to adapt to variable schedules and travel to different sites on a 1099 contract basis
- 5Basic knowledge of infection control, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
