What You'll Do9
- 1Build sterile workflows and prepare operatories for procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
- 2Assist with patient X-rays when certified and document outcomes accurately
- 3Support hygienists and doctors throughout the day to maintain schedule and room turnover
- 4Educate patients with clear post-operative instructions and follow infection-control protocols
- 5Anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures and maintain clinical supplies and charts
- 6Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked to support clinical efficiency
- 7Communicate effectively with doctors, team members, and patients to ensure high-quality care
- 8Sterilize instruments and follow safety standards to protect patients and staff
- 9Deliver a positive patient experience through professionalism and teamwork
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Dental assisting education or experience appropriate to the position
- 3Arizona radiography certification preferred for applicable duties
- 4Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow professionally
