Overview
Own the patient care journey as a Dental Assistant in a high-volume practice at Gavilan Peak Dental Care. You will support multiple dentists, manage chairside assistance, and handle x-ray and imaging procedures using digital tools. What You'll Do6
- 1Build patient comfort from the first visit and support education throughout treatment
- 2Take and process x-rays and diagnostic images using digital tools
- 3Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- 4Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping
- 5Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed
- 6Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow
Requirements5
- 11+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- 2Dental assisting school certification in AZ and RHS certification required
- 3Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- 4Experience with Dentrix or other dental software
- 5Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform essential duties with accommodations as needed
