Delivery Driver, STC Advocate & Customer Experience
Overview
As an STC Advocate you will own in-person customer interactions for an online automotive retailer, guiding the process from greeting to paperwork. You will drive a company vehicle, manage 6-8 appointments daily, and maintain a safe driving record while delivering a positive customer experience. You will join a collaborative team and have a path to growth through a Contract-to-Hire arrangement.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build a positive customer experience through in-person interactions
- 2Drive a company vehicle to customers homes to complete vehicle purchase transactions
- 3Greet customers inspect vehicles and finalize paperwork using an iPad
- 4Document customer interactions accurately in the tracking system
- 5Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
- 6Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements5
- 1Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2Valid active driver's license
- 36+ months of customer service experience
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
