What You'll Do8
- 1Operate all equipment, including ovens, slicers, and registers, to keep the store running smoothly.
- 2Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, ensuring shelves stay full.
- 3Prepare product, including dough, toppings, and sides, following exact portion and quality standards.
- 4Receive and process telephone orders, capturing details accurately and confirming with customers.
- 5Clean equipment and facility daily, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and taking out trash.
- 6Drive to customer locations, deliver orders promptly, and collect payments using a touchscreen device.
- 7Make correct monetary change and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- 8Assist in the walk-in cooler, handling products at 36 degrees and managing inventory rotation.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, using a calculator when needed.
- 3Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders over the phone and in person.
- 4Motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements rapidly, including using a keyboard or touchscreen.
- 5Comfortable with temperature changes, from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90+ degrees near ovens.
- 6Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
- 7Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and climb for full shifts, including repeated squatting.
- 8Willing to work in cramped quarters and near hot surfaces up to 500 degrees.
