Overview
You will own the delivery experience for a busy Domino's franchise, ensuring each order reaches customers hot and intact across a designated local area. You will work directly with the store team, from taking phone orders to preparing and boxing pizzas, with every shift blending driving, customer interaction, and in-store support. This role requires a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and the stamina to handle 50-pound ingredient loads and 5+ flights of stairs. You will gain hands-on experience in food service operations and customer service, all while moving at a fast, focused pace.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver pizzas, sides, and beverages to customer doors within a mapped delivery zone.
- 2Take and process telephone orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- 3Prepare and box products according to store standards.
- 4Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- 5Complete inventory counts and associated paperwork.
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain health and safety standards.
- 7Operate all kitchen equipment including ovens, slicers, and dough presses.
- 8Drive to customer locations, navigating up to 5+ flights of stairs and adverse terrain.
- 9Hand out flyers and door hangers to promote store specials.
Requirements9
- 1Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- 2Access to insured vehicle used for delivery.
- 3Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately, including making correct monetary change.
- 4Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take orders over the phone and in person.
- 5Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed using hands and fingers.
- 6Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area.
- 7Capability to lift 50 pounds and carry 30-pound trays of pizza dough.
- 8Ability to stand for extended periods, walk short distances, and climb 5+ flights of stairs.
- 9Willingness to work in varying temperatures, from 36-degree cooler to 90-degree work areas.
