What You'll Do9
- 1Operate all store equipment, including ovens, dough sheeters, and cash registers, to prepare and process orders.
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, rotating stock to meet demand.
- 3Prepare product by following recipes and assembly procedures for pizzas, sides, and desserts.
- 4Receive and process telephone orders, entering them accurately into the POS system.
- 5Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to track stock levels and place orders.
- 6Clean equipment and facility daily, including wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and sanitizing contact points.
- 7Deliver product by car to customer's door, carrying items safely across varying terrain and weather.
- 8Deliver flyers and door hangers to designated neighborhoods to promote the store.
- 9Make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- 2Access to insured vehicle used for delivery.
- 31+ year experience in delivery driving or related customer service role preferred.
- 4Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using calculator if needed.
- 5Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- 6Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed, entering orders via keyboard or touch screen.
- 7Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery area.
- 8Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds (cases of ingredients) and push/pull dollies up to 7.5 pounds of force.
- 9Capacity to stand for long periods, walk short distances, climb stairs (up to 5 flights), stoop, bend, and reach continuously.
- 10Comfortable working in varying temperatures from 36°F cooler to 90°F+ in work areas, and adverse weather outdoors.
