Overview
You will own the delivery experience for a high-volume Domino's franchise, handling 60-80 deliveries per shift with a 4.5-star customer rating target. You will join a team of 15 drivers and 5 insiders, reporting to a shift manager who values speed and accuracy. This role stands out for its strict cash handling and safety protocols, ensuring a predictable and professional work environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver pizzas and sides to customers within a 3-mile radius in under 30 minutes per order.
- 2Handle cash transactions, providing exact change with every delivery using the $1 coin policy.
- 3Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers, demonstrating the WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, give something extra.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, presenting a positive image of the Domino's brand at all times.
- 5Confirm every order by repeating it back to the customer and verifying name and address.
- 6Adhere to cash handling limits: never carry more than $20 while on the clock.
- 7Complete the Safe Delivery CBT training and follow all safety protocols.
- 8Support pizza makers by counting pepperoni and ham on every order, ensuring accuracy.
- 9Follow proper handwashing and product handling procedures to maintain food safety.
Requirements9
- 118+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 21+ year of delivery driving experience, preferably in food service.
- 3Ability to lift 25+ pounds and navigate GPS and maps efficiently.
- 4Comfort with cash handling and basic math for making change.
- 5Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
- 6Willingness to follow strict policies on personal items and cash limits.
- 7Access to a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 9Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
