Overview
You own the delivery experience for Domino's at 4260 South Chambers Road. You deliver orders within a 5-mile radius, carrying up to $20 in cash. You work with a team of 5-10 drivers and insiders. You provide WOW service to every customer. This role demands speed, accuracy, and safe driving. You master the Domino's delivery protocol and become the face of the store.
What You'll Do9
- 1Answer phones and assist carryout customers politely, confirming every order and address for accuracy.
- 2Deliver orders in your own vehicle, maintaining a clean and positive image for the brand.
- 3Carry $1 in coin change and offer change on every delivery with the phrase 'Let me get your change'.
- 4Follow the WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, and give them something extra.
- 5Count pepperoni and ham on every order, no matter the topping amount, before clearing.
- 6Keep personal cash under $20 on the clock, and never carry weapons or pocket knives.
- 7Complete Safe Delivery CBT and use only proper product procedures.
- 8Wash hands prior to making products and avoid clearing pizzas before they are oven-ready.
- 9Ensure you are not routed early or checked in early from any delivery.

- 1Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
- 2Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- 3Ability to deliver pizza and other hot food items within 30 minutes.
- 421+ years old (company insurance requirement).
- 56 months of previous delivery experience preferred, not required.
- 6Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 25-50 lbs.
- 7Smartphone with GPS capability for route navigation.
- 8Basic math skills for cash handling and change calculation.
- 9A customer-first attitude and the ability to follow WOW steps exactly.
- 10Must comply with Domino's uniform standards and store policies.
