What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver pizzas to customers within the 30-minute service window, following each route and checking in with the store via GPS.
- 2Greet customers at the door, present the order, and collect payment, using coin change and the phrase "Let me get your change" on every delivery.
- 3Maintain $1 in coin change at all times and never carry more than $20 in cash or personal money while on the clock.
- 4Keep your delivery vehicle spotless, with insurance and registration current, and no weapons of any kind inside.
- 5Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers, resolving issues with the WOW Steps: apologize, give what they want, add something extra.
- 6Assist in the store by making pizzas, washing hands before touching ingredients, and counting pepperoni and ham on every order.
- 7Repeat every order back to confirm accuracy, including the customer's name and address, before leaving the store.
- 8Complete the Safe Delivery CBT training module before your first shift and pass a background check.
- 9Follow all cash handling procedures: no more than $20 on hand, no early check-ins or early returns from deliveries.
- 10Uphold appearance standards with a clean uniform, hat, and nametag, and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours.
Requirements8
- 118+ years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- 21+ year of delivery or customer service experience, preferably in food service or retail.
- 3Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with 4 doors and enough trunk space for delivery bags.
- 4Must pass a background check and complete Safe Delivery CBT certification.
- 5Ability to work weekends and holidays, including evenings until 1 AM.
- 6Comfortable using smartphone GPS and point-of-sale apps for order tracking and payment.
- 7Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8+ hours at a time.
- 8Must maintain a cash float of $1 in coins and never exceed $20 in personal cash while working.
