What You'll Do8
- 1Drive and operate a company van safely on assigned routes, completing 20-40 deliveries per hour.
- 2Use a handheld scanner to navigate routes and confirm deliveries in real time.
- 3Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs from the van to customer doorsteps.
- 4Adapt to varying weather conditions and navigate residential and commercial areas confidently.
- 5Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering smiles and resolving access issues professionally.
- 6Follow safety protocols and vehicle inspection checklists to prevent accidents and damage.
- 7Communicate with dispatch via mobile app for route updates and delivery exceptions.
- 8Meet daily performance metrics for delivery success, timeliness, and customer feedback.
Requirements8
- 121+ years old with a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
- 2Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a standard four-panel drug test.
- 3Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and navigating stairs throughout a 10-hour shift.
- 4Comfortable driving a van in diverse weather and traffic conditions.
- 5Flexible availability for shifts starting at 10:45 AM, including weekends.
- 6Prior delivery experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
- 7Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Wing Logistics.
- 8Commit to staying on team past January 20, 2026 to qualify for sign-on bonus.
