What You'll Do13

  • 3Implement and enforce district discipline policies consistently
  • 4Support a safe, orderly, and disciplined school environment conducive to learning
  • 5Respond to behavioral concerns and implement appropriate interventions
  • 6Organize, administer, and support effective campus discipline systems
  • 7Ensure disciplinary practices comply with state and district guidelines
  • 8Communicate with students, parents, staff, and community about discipline expectations
  • 9Support due process procedures for disciplinary actions
  • 10Maintain and analyze discipline data to inform practices

Requirements6

  • 1Master's degree preferred with coursework in educational administration or leadership
  • 2Valid Arizona teaching certificate
  • 3Arizona administrative certification preferred or enrollment in certification program within 6 months of hire
  • 4Minimum of three years of classroom teaching or related experience
  • 5Ability to manage, monitor, and analyze discipline data and trends
  • 6Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
