What You'll Do11
- 1Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures
- 2Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for seamless service
- 3Maintain cleanliness across dining room outdoor areas and workspaces
- 4Handle prep stocking and staging to keep operations organized
- 5Assist with to-go and delivery orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- 6Maintain food rotation cleanliness and follow safety standards
- 7Collaborate with team to meet goals and create welcoming atmosphere
- 8Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance customer experience
- 9Follow all company policies to uphold standards and values
- 10Perform additional duties as needed
- 11Work regular predictable hours as part of close-knit team

- 1Must be at least 16 years old
- 2Available weekdays 7am-3pm
- 3Reliable transportation
- 4Food handler's permit
- 5Growth mindset and willingness to learn

- 9Previous restaurant experience preferred
