What You'll Do9
- 1Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig procedures, ensuring every order meets standards.
- 2Greet customers with a smile and communicate clearly to deliver a seamless experience.
- 3Keep dining areas, outdoor spaces, and workspaces spotless, from wiping tables to deep cleaning.
- 4Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and ready for peak hours.
- 5Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- 6Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- 7Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- 8Offer add-ons and special menu items to help customers discover new favorites.
- 9Follow all company policies and procedures, including using eVerify for employment eligibility.
