What You'll Do9
- 1Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures.
- 2Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure smooth service.
- 3Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless, including wiping tables and deep cleaning.
- 4Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized.
- 5Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- 6Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- 7Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- 8Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- 9Follow all company policies and procedures.
