What You'll Do11
- 1Complete store checklists and manage deposits to maintain operational efficiency
- 2Train and mentor team members to achieve peak performance
- 3Stock, prep, and rotate food supplies and chemicals for seamless service
- 4Craft premium drinks and meals following Swig’s rigorous standards
- 5Communicate clearly with guests and staff to ensure a smooth experience
- 6Maintain immaculate dining rooms and workspaces through thorough cleaning
- 7Handle to-go and delivery orders with precision and timeliness
- 8Ensure food rotation and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- 9Collaborate with the team to exceed sales and satisfaction goals
- 10Introduce add-ons and specialty items to enhance customer menus
- 11Follow all policies to uphold Swig’s core values and standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing restaurant teams and operations
- 23-5 seasons in hospitality or customer service roles
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 5Python scripting for process automation
- 6React development experience for internal tools
- 7Kubernetes deployment knowledge
- 8High school diploma or equivalent
- 9Valid food handler’s permit required
- 10Reliable vehicle for commuting and deliveries
- 11Availability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
