What You'll Do6
- 1Plan and lead developmentally appropriate games and activities that spark curiosity and learning
- 2Design and manage a daily and weekly schedule that balances structured learning and free play
- 3Provide basic care routines including feeding, diapering, and naptime with attention to individual needs
- 4Track each child's progress against developmental milestones and adjust activities to support growth
- 5Communicate daily with parents about their child's activities, achievements, and any concerns
- 6Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that meets health and safety standards
Requirements6
- 1CDA certification or equivalent credential
- 22+ years experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- 3Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
- 4Patient, kind, and nurturing approach to care
- 5Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- 6Current First Aid and CPR certification
