Overview
You will own daily classroom care and creative curriculum delivery for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years at our Dallas center. Our team uses research-based programs from our in-house Education team, and you will collaborate with families to support each child's growth. This role stands out through our focus on professional development and a play-based learning environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Follow all state licensing and company standards to ensure daily care and safety for each child.
- 2Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
- 3Observe and assess children's development, then plan activities that meet individual needs.
- 4Communicate daily with families about their child's progress and classroom activities.
- 5Complete extensive training in child care, preschool, and development topics.
- 6Engage children in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, adapting to weather and safety needs.
- 7Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that supports learning.
Requirements5
- 11+ years experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- 218+ years old and able to meet state education requirements.
- 3Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- 4CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- 5High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education a plus.
