Overview
Own and advance data subject information stewardship within health and safety initiatives at scale, collaborating across federal partners and internal teams. Work with a cross functional group to translate data needs into practical solutions and drive outcomes that support mission critical healthcare and safety programs. This role blends domain expertise with data acumen and technical know how to deliver impactful results. What You'll Do5
- 1Build data governance and stewardship practices for health and safety datasets with an emphasis on accuracy and privacy.
- 2Design data flows and metadata management to support analytics and reporting for federal health programs.
- 3Lead collaboration with product, engineering, and policy teams to implement data quality improvements.
- 4Ship dashboards and reports that drive decision making for mission critical health initiatives.
- 5Own the resolution of data discrepancies and issues within HSI datasets within a 90 day window.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 2Experience with health data subject matter or health information systems is preferred
- 3Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross functional teams
- 4Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with privacy and security considerations
