What You'll Do9
- 1Build and refine dashboards and visualizations to support mission critical decisions within 90 days
- 2Design data visualizations that clearly communicate insights to non technical stakeholders
- 3Lead data storytelling efforts using interactive charts and dashboards to enable informed policy and program decisions
- 4Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and scalable visuals
- 5Ship visual analytics features end to end from data access to deployment
- 6Scale dashboards to support broader user adoption across multiple agencies
- 7Mentor junior developers on visualization patterns and best practices
- 8Debug and optimize performance of complex visualizations and datasets
- 9Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure data governance in dashboards
Requirements5
- 15+ years building data visualizations or BI dashboards
- 2Proficiency with data visualization libraries and tools
- 3Experience delivering dashboards for government or regulated environments
- 4Strong SQL and data querying skills
- 5Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visuals
