You will own data entry and management for Core Commissions in Portland, Oregon, handling high-volume records across spreadsheets and databases. What You'll Do7
- 1Enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets and internal databases with speed and accuracy.
- 2Manage digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of client records.
- 3Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls and providing exceptional customer support.
- 4Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading.
- 5Manage client correspondence and follow up on inquiries to ensure timely communication.
- 6Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 7Maintain high phone etiquette and professionalism during front desk interactions.
Requirements10
- 11+ years of clerical or office experience with data entry and administrative tasks.
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 3Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- 4Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and strong proofreading abilities.
- 5Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices.
