Overview
You will own the accuracy and accessibility of critical business records for a financial technology firm transforming the alternative investment marketplace. You will manage data entry, document control, and record maintenance across internal systems, ensuring clean information for operations, reporting, and compliance. Working within a lean team of decision-makers, you will build transparent, risk-controlled investment operations. What You'll Do7
- 1Enter, update, and verify records across internal systems and spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
- 2Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents with SharePoint or Dropbox.
- 3Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry in CRM systems.
- 4Track missing information and follow up to resolve data gaps using Asana or Trello.
- 5Support record retention, retrieval, and basic document control processes with DocuSign.
- 6Assist with routine administrative tasks tied to records and data quality using Office 365.
- 7Flag discrepancies or errors to the appropriate internal contact for correction in Slack.
Requirements8
- 12-5 years of experience in data entry or records management.
