Data Analyst, Healthcare Data & ETL | SQL SSIS & Health Care Analytics
Overview
Own data integration and analytics within healthcare domain at scale across multiple source systems. Build maintainable ETL processes and deliver accurate, timely insights to business stakeholders. Collaborate with SMEs, QA, and developers to translate requirements into scalable data flows. This role offers hands-on data engineering work with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build robust ETL pipelines with SQL and SSIS to handle millions of records from sources like QNXT, Salesforce, and SQL Server
- 2Design scalable data flows and dependencies across systems including QNXT and Salesforce to support 834 and 837 EDI processing
- 3Develop comprehensive TDD artifacts with source-to-target mappings and transformation logic using shared documentation repositories
- 4Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and developers to ensure traceability from requirements to implementation and testing
- 5Translate technical data integration concepts into business-friendly language and facilitate cross-functional solution walkthroughs
- 6Lead data integration discussions with internal teams and vendors to align on data rules, performance, and quality
- 7Implement performance tuning strategies such as indexing and optimized joins to improve pipeline efficiency
- 8Document data lineage, dependencies, and transformation rules in Confluence/SharePoint for auditability
- 9Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders through visual process flows and sample data demonstrations
- 10Support ongoing improvements to data quality and integration workflows across the healthcare domain

- 2Minimum 3-5 years of data analytics experience in healthcare
- 3Proficiency in SQL queries and reporting within the Health Care domain
- 4Experience building ETL processes with SSIS and data integration from heterogeneous sources
- 5Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs and cross-functional teams
- 6Ability to design and implement data transformation logic and documentation in shared repositories
