You own daily cycle counts and data entry for a plant inventory team, ensuring real-time accuracy across thousands of SKUs. What You'll Do10
- 1Execute daily cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using SAP count sheets and ABC classifications.
- 2Enter physical count data into SAP S/4HANA with high accuracy and timeliness to maintain system integrity.
- 3Verify stock locations match system records, reporting misplaced items, labeling errors, or damage to the Senior Cycle Counter.
- 4Perform immediate recounts when counts mismatch system balances to confirm discrepancies.
- 5Conduct basic variance research, checking adjacent bins or confirming units of measure.
- 6Escalate unresolved discrepancies to the Senior Cycle Counter for second-level investigation.
- 7Assist in gathering data for root-cause analysis and process improvement.
- 8Adhere to inventory control policies, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
- 9Maintain clean, organized, and labeled storage areas to facilitate efficient counting.
- 10Suggest improvements for count routes and basic processes to boost efficiency.
Requirements10
- 11-2 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- 2Hands-on experience with inventory counting or stock-taking.
- 3Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems; practical SAP experience highly preferred.
- 4Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- 5High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- 6Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- 7Effective communication for reporting issues clearly.
- 8Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- 9Spanish language is a plus.
- 10High school diploma or equivalent required.
