What You'll Do11
- 1Provide expert advice on cybersecurity issues including risk analysis and incident management
- 2Develop and implement CMMC certification processes from assessment to continuous monitoring
- 3Lead compliance assessments using frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
- 4Create and deliver training programs to enhance organizational security culture
- 5Conduct gap analyses and manage remediation plans through POA&Ms
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and meet compliance requirements
- 7Perform audits and prepare for third-party assessments
- 8Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and report progress to senior leadership
- 9Act as primary liaison for cyber compliance matters with management and external auditors
- 10Design and execute security roadmaps aligned with organizational risk profiles
- 11Implement continuous monitoring processes to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor`s degree in Cyber Security or related field
- 3CMMC-AB Certified Assessor certification preferred
- 4ISO 27001 experience required
- 5NIST 800-171 compliance knowledge mandatory
- 6Proven track record leading CMMC implementations
- 7Strong project management skills with multi-year experience
- 8Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
- 9Ability to develop security policies and procedures
- 10Familiarity with government contracting processes
- 11Analytical mindset for complex security environments
