You will work with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office tools, coordinating with Customer Service, Logistics, and Design Engineering to close out warranty and upgrade cases. What You'll Do9
- 1Inspect and determine disposition of customer returns, recording data and managing receiving and shipping for RMA products.
- 2Resolve technical issues on SIG SAUER Electro-Optic products, balancing customer needs with company policy.
- 3Coordinate warranty upgrade opportunities with Sales Operations, tracking post-RMA shipment and satisfaction.
- 4Communicate parts needs to Customer Service Representative Technician Specialists for non-inventoried items.
- 5Process orders for inventory parts for both replacement and retail sales, using Oracle ERP.
- 6Review the RMA upgrade Log Report and Open RMA Report to flag RMAs needing resolution or back-order attention.
- 7Report problems and corrective actions to supervision, ensuring clear escalation.
- 8Participate in 5S workplace organization and sustainment activities, maintaining a clean and efficient area.
- 9Engage in continuous improvement projects and follow all safety and ISO procedures.
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of experience in technical customer service or customer-focused sales.
- 2Solid firearms knowledge or demonstrated aptitude, including hunting practices, shooting sports, and ballistics.
- 3Familiarity with binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, red-dot sights, and rangefinders.
- 4In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- 5Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP support software, Oracle preferred.
- 7Ability to work independently with little supervision, prioritize multiple tasks, and be self-motivated.
- 8Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, sit for prolonged periods, and wear PPE including ear protection.
