What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain Moda software applications including Microsoft Office Facets Content Manager Excel and EBT systems
- 2Design and implement processes for handling customer inquiries through phone email chat and social media
- 3Ship and troubleshoot technical issues with online customer service platforms and hardware devices
- 4Analyze system reports to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
- 5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop documentation and training materials
- 6Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information and claims data
- 7Prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands in a dynamic healthcare environment
- 8Develop solutions for resolving benefit tracking and membership account issues
- 9Communicate clearly with clients providers and internal stakeholders about coverage options and system functionality
- 10Document daily interactions and resolution steps for compliance and quality assurance purposes
- 11Support multiple pharmacy dental and medical systems simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education requirement
- 26-12 months experience as a Customer Service Representative Level II
- 3Proficiency with 135 SPM Net keyboard
- 4Ability to type 25 words per minute net
- 5Experience with claims processing membership accounting or technical support
- 6Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- 7Experience navigating Moda software platforms and online systems
- 8Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure
- 9Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 10Knowledge of healthcare benefits administration processes
- 11Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing systems
