- 2Respond to inquiries via email text and phone
- 3Review intake info photos videos and project details
- 4Prepare estimates and support booking process
- 5Follow up on open estimates and inquiries
- 6Maintain accurate CRM records calendars and job details
- 7Monitor company email and ensure tasks are completed
- 8Coordinate booked jobs with field team
- 9Follow up with past customers for repeat business
- 10Help improve systems and workflows
- 11Assist with sales and event outreach for goat yoga and petting zoos

- 12 years professional customer service or sales experience
- 2Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3Friendly confident professional interpersonal style
- 4Exceptional organization and follow-through
- 5Ability to independently manage multiple customers deadlines and priorities
- 6Comfortable with proactive sales outreach
- 7Consistent weekday availability
- 8Reliable transportation for site visits
- 9Proficiency with Google Workspace HoneyBook and Slack
- 10Experience creating estimates proposals bookings or service agreements
- 11Experience working independently in small business
- 12Sales account management hospitality event or client-service background
- 13Reliable transportation comfort around animals and outdoors
