Customer Service Representative, Seafood Industry
Overview
You will own customer interactions for a leading Bay Area seafood provider, handling orders, resolving issues, and coordinating deliveries for restaurants and retail clients. You will join a close-knit, hospitality-focused team that values initiative and problem-solving. This part-time role offers 2 days per week with a choice of night or day shift, and you will master the company ordering system and Microsoft Office Suite. Your work directly supports sustainable seafood practices in a dynamic, growing company.
What You'll Do6
- 1Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service to internal teams, customers, and restaurants.
- 2Resolve customer concerns by providing solutions within company standards and policies, ensuring timely outcomes.
- 3Enter and process orders into the ordering system, reviewing all entries for accuracy.
- 4Assist wholesale and retail clients with order pick-ups, printing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
- 5Provide delivery updates to clients and coordinate with Operations Teams on requests.
- 6Follow communication procedures and company policies to maintain consistency and quality.
Requirements10
- 11+ year providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- 2Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- 3Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google products.
- 4High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5Basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- 6Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.

- 10Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
