What You'll Do7
- 1Take phone orders with accuracy, entering them into the POS system within the first 90 days.
- 2Resolve customer complaints with patience, offering solutions like discounts or replacements.
- 3Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and delivery zones to drive upsells.
- 4Assist in making perfect pizzas by following Domino's standards during peak rushes.
- 5Maintain a 100% clean and professional image, adhering to the dress code at all times.
- 6Work with hustle and energy to keep service times under 20 minutes.
- 7Support the team by cross-training on delivery, oven, and prep stations as needed.
Requirements7
- 116 years or older (legal minimum age).
- 2Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 3Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- 4Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns.
- 6Must embody the Golden Rule, Teamwork, and Enthusiasm.
- 7A love for pizza is a plus.
