Customer Service Representative, Overnight (Weekdays)
Overview
You'll run the register, greet customers, and keep the store spotless at a busy Circle K in Grand Prairie, TX. Working the overnight shift (weekdays only), you'll handle transactions, restock shelves, and ensure a welcoming environment. Part-time role with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and bonus potential. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with speed and accuracy.
- 2Cashier transactions, process payments, and suggest add-on purchases to boost sales.
- 3Keep the store clean and organized, inside and out, to meet high standards.
- 4Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available.
- 5Assist with food program tasks like preparing hot dogs, nachos, or other items.
- 6Handle multiple tasks at once, from cleaning to stocking, without missing a beat.
- 7Communicate clearly with team members to accomplish daily goals.
- 8Provide fast, friendly service to every customer, even during rushes.
- 9Maintain reliable attendance for every scheduled overnight shift.
Requirements10
- 11+ years of retail or customer service experience
- 21+ years of cashiering or sales associate experience preferred
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
- 5Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes
- 6Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- 7Push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
- 8Bend at the waist with twisting for up to 1 hour per shift
- 9Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 10Willingness to learn and grow within the company
