What You'll Do9

  • 1Build daily transportation activity by arranging pickup and delivery schedules for personnel, equipment, and materials Dispatch logs and reports

  • 3Lead regular contact with drivers and supervisors to track progress and respond to delays or changes Two-way radio coordination

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Experience in dispatching, transportation support, vehicle operations, or related customer service environment preferred Customer service
  • 3Working knowledge of Baltimore street locations and ability to navigate efficiently Navigation
  • 4Ability to read maps, organize routes, and build effective delivery or pickup schedules Route planning
