Customer Service Representative I, Transportation Dispatch & Coordination
Overview
Own daily transportation coordination for personnel, equipment, and materials in Baltimore at a contract scale. You will organize pickup and delivery activity, communicate with drivers and service teams, and ensure timely, accurate service. This role emphasizes records management, scheduling, and radio communication in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build daily transportation activity by arranging pickup and delivery schedules for personnel, equipment, and materials Dispatch logs and reports
- 2Design route plans and timing schedules to ensure efficient service coverage Driver communication and status updates
- 3Lead regular contact with drivers and supervisors to track progress and respond to delays or changes Two-way radio coordination
- 4Own documentation by maintaining organized dispatch logs and recurring operational reports with high accuracy Recordkeeping

Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in dispatching, transportation support, vehicle operations, or related customer service environment preferred Customer service
- 3Working knowledge of Baltimore street locations and ability to navigate efficiently Navigation
- 4Ability to read maps, organize routes, and build effective delivery or pickup schedules Route planning
- 5Proficiency with two-way radios, communication equipment, and standard office software such as Microsoft Office Communication
