Customer Service Representative Bilingual, In-Store Cash Handling & Payments
Overview
The CSR will help customers access financial solutions in person at a Phoenix location. They will process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering a welcoming in-store experience. The role includes extensive training, coaching, and development as part of a high performance environment. What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with customers to drive repeat visits

- 3Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system
- 4Assist in daily campaigns to build new business
- 5Handle payments and manage customer appointments for account management

- 9Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- 4Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
- 5Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- 6Background check required
- 7Ability to stand up to 90% of the time and lift up to 25 pounds
- 8Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required for some locations
- 9Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for daily use
- 10Prior experience in check cashing, cash handling, or money order processing is a plus
