Customer Service Representative, Auto Collision Center
Overview
Your day starts by greeting customers at our New Kensington service center and setting the tone for a seamless repair journey. You coordinate rental cars and tows, manage work load, and keep insurance partners informed on authorizations and billing. You join a team of 30,000 teammates nationwide, backed by Caliber Collision's 1,700+ centers. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with a personable welcome and assess their needs in the first 90 days.
- 2Coordinate Rental Car and Tow providers to ensure one-stop service for every customer.
- 3Monitor daily work volume and recommend load level adjustments to meet center capacity.
- 4Manage insurance authorizations and billing processes with Microsoft Office Suite and other systems.
- 5Communicate repair status updates to customers and internal teams, keeping everyone informed.
- 6Handle competing priorities calmly, adapting to changing schedules and customer demands.
- 7Collaborate with production and front office teams to keep the shop running smoothly.
- 8Support the center's daily operations, from check-in to check-out, to ensure a five-star experience.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in a customer-facing environment, such as retail, hospitality, or call center.
- 2Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain repair details clearly.
- 3Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4Skill in balancing competing priorities and adapting in a fast-paced shop environment.
- 5Personable, friendly customer service approach for internal and external customers.
- 6Comfort working collaboratively with a team in a production setting.
