Overview
Own a high-volume customer service role at a busy airport parking facility and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in writing, maintaining data accuracy in CRM systems and ensuring adherence to service levels. This role operates in a fast paced environment with weekends and holidays required.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build relationships with parking customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- 2Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence meeting service level standards
- 3Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy to support retention
- 4Assist customers with account setup maintenance and web navigation
- 5Process transactions including sign ups updates and cancellations and maintain data in CRM systems
- 6Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and system updates and document interactions
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high volume environment
- 3Must be at least 18 years of age
- 4Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States
- 5Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide required documentation
- 6Ability to work 4am-2pm or 2pm-midnight shifts including weekends and holidays
