Customer Service Rep Large Format Print Shop
Overview
SpeedPro Raleigh-Clayton seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our studio team. You will be the first point of contact for customers preparing files and mock-ups while using CoreBridge software to track jobs. This role focuses on customer service file preparation and production coordination with a small portion dedicated to graphic design. The position offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced innovative environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Inspect customer-supplied files and provide digital proofs to ensure print readiness
- 2Create mock-ups for customer approval
- 3Perform graphic design of client orders approximately ten to fifteen percent of the role
- 4Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products before release
- 5Use CoreBridge and other software to track jobs through production
- 6Accept and enter new orders while notifying customers upon completion
- 7Coordinate pickup delivery and installation logistics
- 8Respond to online inquiries and provide quotations
- 9Unpack and organize deliveries within the studio
- 10Pack label and ship completed jobs via UPS FedEx or customer locations
- 11Work collaboratively with production and installation staff to meet deadlines
Requirements10
- 1Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator including file prep proofing and pre-press inspection
- 2Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- 3Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- 4Self-motivated independent worker comfortable in small-team settings
- 5Experience with CoreBridge software
- 62+ years in large format industry with Adobe Creative Suite
- 72+ years experience with Adobe Illustrator
- 8Day shift availability required
- 9Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Excellent time management skills
