You are the first contact for every customer who calls our Domino's store on Kirby Dr. in Houston. Your professionalism and optimism create a pleasant experience for each caller. You receive on-the-job training on our POS system and build confidence through daily customer interactions. What You'll Do8
- 1Answer incoming calls and greet customers with a smile in your voice
- 2Take accurate pizza orders and enter them into the POS system
- 3Resolve customer concerns promptly and politely
- 4Promote current deals and menu items to increase order value
- 5Handle cash and credit card payments during pickup and delivery orders
- 6Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- 7Support the team during rush hours by assisting with order assembly
- 8Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as trained
Requirements8
- 1A smiling face and a great attitude
- 26+ months of customer service or retail experience preferred
- 3Ability to stand and walk for 4-6 hours per shift
- 4Basic math skills for cash handling
- 5Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- 6Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 7Must be 16 years or older
- 8Open availability including weekends and evenings
