What You'll Do9

  • 1Take customer orders over the phone and at the counter during peak hours, entering them accurately into the POS system to keep the line moving.
  • 2Greet every customer with a smile, answer questions about pizza varieties and sides, and upsell deals to boost ticket size during the first 90 days.
  • 3Handle cash and card payments, process refunds, and balance your drawer at the end of each shift to maintain 99% accuracy.
  • 4Pack orders for delivery and carryout, checking each box for the right toppings and sides before it leaves the store.
  • 5Resolve customer complaints quickly, offering a free dessert or discount to turn a bad experience around.
  • 6Keep the front counter, dining area, and restrooms spotless, restocking napkins, straws, and condiment packets before the rush.
  • 7Assist the makeline team by folding boxes, stocking dough trays, and filling sauce containers when orders spike.
  • 8Train new hires on the POS system and Domino's customer service standards during your second month.
  • 9Support delivery drivers by checking order accuracy and handing out heat bags as they head out the door.

Requirements8

  • 11+ year of customer service experience in retail or food service, handling high-volume interactions.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills for cash handling.
  • 3Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time and lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., pizza boxes, dough trays).
  • 4Strong verbal communication in English to take orders clearly on the phone and in person.
