- 4Pack orders for delivery and carryout, ensuring correct items and condiments before handoff.
- 5Resolve customer complaints promptly, offering replacements or refunds when needed.
- 6Keep the front counter, lobby, and bathrooms clean and stocked with napkins, straws, and menus.
- 7Support the crew during rush hours by folding boxes, prepping toppings, or helping with deliveries when necessary.
- 8Learn store procedures for opening and closing shifts, including security and cash handling protocols.
Requirements7
- 11+ year experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred.
- 2Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 3Basic math skills for cash handling and order totals.
- 4Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
- 5Must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with work permit).
- 6Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
