Overview
The Assistant Manager oversees operations and ensures safety and profitability. This role involves managing a second shift department and reporting to the Store Manager. It is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Do10
- 1Handle complaints quickly and tactfully
- 2Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales
- 3Process sales accurately using POS systems
- 4Perform cleaning duties and maintain site cleanliness
- 5Maintain inventory levels and complete shift closeouts
- 6Notify management of observed dishonesty
- 7Comply with all company policies and regulations
- 8Complete required orientations and training
- 9Push and pull heavy items with appropriate force
- 10Climb ladders for extended periods with safety equipment
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School diploma or GED preferred
- 3Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- 4Strong communication skills in English
- 5Physical stamina to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs
- 6Experience with POS systems and manual equipment
- 7Willingness to work irregular hours and onsite locations
Salary Insight
$35 - $37k per year
